She has over 32 years of industry experience out of which over 15 years in the key managerial levels in Taaza Plaaza Retail, Fuzion Inc, JSW Group, Hinduja Group, L&T Group , Disney Channel, Modi Entertainment, India Today Group,Surabhi Channel and Chronicle Group Of Newspapers. She is a managing of CEO of green chillies tv a 24 hours satellite and digital cable channel streaming on NXT Degital, IN digital,MX Player, Tata sky,Jio TV and Jio TV Plus
With primary experience in Content Creation, Film Making, Advertising, Corporate Relations, Brand building, Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Business Communications, she has a proven track record of delivering result oriented value added services under a dynamic and competitive environment. She has been heading Communications and Stakeholder Relationship management & Branding over 17 years with excellent relationship with corporate houses and governments (Central & State) both at working & decision making level.
She is a film maker by passion, a Director& Produced 3500 hours of content for television channels and theatre. She has been a writer and journalist for the first 10 years of her career. She has written books on Community based studies of tribes in India. She is adept at managing her career, while also being passionately committed to the cause of Women in Leadership.
Continuous Self Renewal Mantra She is recipient of 5 Multiple National and International Awards in Women leadership ,She is also recipient of the Asian Women Leadership Award She holds a PhD Degree in Media & Mass Communications and also currently a PHD scholar in Management from Mumbai University A MBA graduate from IMT, Ghaziabad, she has completed her Post Graduation in English Literature from Hindu College, Delhi University.
